RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES - DIMENSION AND FOUNDATION

CHAPTER 31.

31-1. All residential structures placed within the City of Elberon after the adoption of this ordinance shall not be less than 24 feet in any dimension be it width or depth.

31-2. Any residential structure placed within the City of Elberon after the adoption of this ordinance shall have a permanent perimeter supporting foundation as its method of support.
